Refund Policy

Ticket Sales
Refund requests will be accepted up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the event. All refunds will be accepted if the event is canceled. When requesting a refund, please be sure to include your confirmation number. To request a refund, click here. Please allow 1-3 days for us to get back to you.

Apparel Sales
Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days of the initial purchase, and items must be in their original condition. The refund will be for the cost of the item, and will not cover the shipping cost for returning the item. Refunds will be accepted if the item was not delivered. If the item was signed for upon delivery, a refund will not be issued. When requesting a refund, please be sure to include your confirmation number. To request a refund or exchange, click here.
